Crusades Through History
Apr. 8th, 2012
Just wondered if anyone knew what had happened with the forums on templarhistory.com? Used to be a really good resource for my research, but as fo a few days ago, they have gone down and vanished. I emailed the website admins, but so far have not had a reply (the rest of the site seems to be up and running and fine).

Does anyone know, online, where I can download a screenplay from Kingdom of Heavan? I am teaching a couple of drama classes this week and next and it would be great to tie the drama in with some other work that the students are doing.

I'm writing my MA dissertation at the moment. I'm concentrating on a comparison of motivations between the particpants of the Baltic and Albigensian Crusades. Someone mentioned to me that somewhere in the Chronicle of Henry of Livonia, the idea that the Baltic region was the Virgin Mary's dowry to God, and therefore promised land, is explored, and that there is secondary literature exploring this idea in more depth.
Does this sound familiar to anyone? I am having real problems locating this idea either wihin the text itself or in any secondary reading I have come across. Help?!
I'm afraid i have cross-posted this out of desperation. Many apologises!
